For a while now I've been trying to run at least 6 times a week and hoping to reach the 500 mile milestone for Nike Plus; Nike got this cool device that you can synch your runs online this device links to a sensor that you put on your Nike+ enabled shoes and the other part of your sensor to your IPod which makes it better you can listen to music while running and you can track your progress as well. They also have this harm band that is like a watch with a USB drive on it which is link to the sensor on your shoes too.
I wish I was able to run in Chicago but unfortunately the event coincides with on my my friend birthday (yeah yeah I'm just making an excuse); for a while I'll blame it on her that I was not able to join the "real" 10k race but unfortunately you can do it at your own time and synch your run. I did my run this morning at Kensington Lake here in Michigan.
Not that fast but not too bad either it was completed in under an hour not a bad result for a fat boy like me.
